Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) NSCLC patients who underwent lobectomy or sub - lobectomy in the Thoracic Surgery Department of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital. b) Patients with a clear diagnosis of no lymph node metastasis at the time of diagnosis, and with a T - stage of T1a2 - T1a3. c) Those who received total intravenous target - controlled infusion anesthesia, with the target concentrations of propofol being 2.8 - 5.61 µM, sufentanil being 2.59 - 7.76 nM, and rocuronium bromide being 6.65 - 9.02 µM.
