Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ACI met the diagnostic criteria set by the Chinese Society of Neurology and was confirmed by brain CT or MRI scan; 2. The compliance was good, all of them received intravenous thrombolysis, and the blood vessels were reopened after thrombolysis, and the clinical case data were complete; 3. No neurological disability or dementia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Complicated with organ dysfunction such as liver and kidney, or medical and surgical operations before 1 month of onset; 3. Acute and chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, hematological diseases, malignant tumors;
