Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has been informed of all the contents of this study and voluntarily joined; 2. The age of the patient is 40~80 years old; BMI 18.5~28.0kg/m2; ASAI.~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to benzodiazepines and anesthetic drugs; 2. Obvious dysfunction of important organs such as respiration, circulation, liver and kidney before surgery; 3. The results of preoperative examination suggest distant metastasis; 4. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 5. Have mental and verbal communication difficulties.
