20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20 to 40 years with normal ovulatory cycle; 2.Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-24.9 kg/m^2; 3.Women who have a desire to have baby and have at least two transferable, high-quality blastocysts (D5/D6 day blastocyst score =4BB based on Gardner's blastocyst categorization standards); 4.Presence of at least twice of endometrial thickness less than 7 mm on the day of endometrial transformation in FET cycles or trigger day in COI cycles in the previous six months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who do not agree with the study protocol; 2.Patients with ovulatory disorders; 3.Patients with endometrial thickness exceeding 7 mm as assessed by the first three-dimensional ultrasound; 4.Patients with untreated endometrial disorders such as endometrial adhesions, endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, and endometrial hyperplasia; 5.Presence of metabolic endocrine abnormalities, such as abnormal thyroid function, diabetes mellitus, polycystic ovary syndrome, and hyperprolactinemia; 6.Presence of diseases such as adenomyosis, endometriosis, and tubal effusion; 7.Presence of uterine malformations, such as diseases of double uterus, unicornuate uterus, and mediastinal uterus; 8.Presence of autoimmune diseases; 9.Presence of previous malignant tumors, such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer; 10.Presence of diseases transmitted through the reproductive tract, such as AIDS, syphilis, gonorrhea, vaginitis;
