Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=18 years of age; 2. Patients who required PICC for the first time following medical advice; 3. Catheter before no serious cardiovascular disease, such as atrial fibrillation, cor pulmonale patients with abnormal P wave, serious heart block, etc; 4. Voluntarily participate in the clinical study and signed informed consent, cooperate with the clinical follow-up of patients; 5. Obesity (BMI < 28 kg/m^2) in patients with malignant tumor;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to catheter material; 2. Puncture has a history of infections, injury and radiation therapy; 3. Puncture has a history of history of venous thrombosis or surgery; 4. Severe bleeding and coagulation dysfunction; 5. Superior vena cava compression syndrome; 6. The operated limb of radical mastectomy or axillary lymph node dissection; 7. Pacemaker and arteriovenous fistula ipsilateral limb; 8. refused to sign the informed consent; 9. Double lumen PICC catheter needs to be placed; 10. The diameter of the blood vessel at the patient's catheterization site is less than 3.2mm; 11. Subjects with fertility;
