Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subthreshold Depression Patient Group: 1. Aged 9 to 15 years,right handed, Han; 2. Patients and their guardians sign the written informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study; 3. 6 =10, BDI-II>=29); Depressive disorder with self-injury group: 1. Aged 9 to 15 years,right handed, Han; 2. Patients and their guardians sign the written informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders in DSM-5 (PHQ-9 Score>=10, BDI-II>=29); 4. Self-injury on 5 or more times in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subthreshold Depression Patient Group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for any psychiatric disorder in DSM-5; 2. Have severe organic brain diseases; 3. Exhibit self-injury or suicidal behaviors (PHQ-9 item 9 score > 2); 4. Previously participated in Dialectical Behavior Therapy; 5. Non-compliant participants; Depression Patient Group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for psychotic disorders, manic episodes, autism spectrum disorders, mental retardation, tic disorders, substance abuse and other mental illnesses in DSM-5; 2. Have severe organic brain diseases; 3. Exhibit self-injury or suicidal behaviors (PHQ-9 item 9 score > 2); 4. Previously participated in tDCS; 5. Have contraindications for MRI scans (presence of metal implants such as metal braces, hearing aids, tattoos, and claustrophobia, etc.) 6. Non-compliant participants; 7. Cranial defects or skin lesions on the scalp (e.g., cuts, abrasions, rashes) at the proposed tDCS electrode site. Depressive disorder with self-injury group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for psychotic disorders, manic episodes, autism spectrum disorders, mental retardation, tic disorders, substance abuse and other mental illnesses in DSM-5; 2. Have severe organic brain diseases; 3. Individuals with clear suicidal ideation, attempts, or behaviors within the past month; 3. Previously participated in tDCS or DBT; 4. Have contraindications for MRI scans (presence of metal implants such as metal braces, hearing aids, tattoos, and claustrophobia, etc.) 6. Non-compliant participants; 7. Cranial defects or skin lesions on the scalp (e.g., cuts, abrasions, rashes) at the proposed tDCS electrode site.
