Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who were at delivery between 25-29 years of age or 35 years of age and above. 2. From Nov. 2021-Nov. 2023 attended Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University. 3. Hospitalized deliveries with newborns delivered at >=28 weeks gestational age. 4. Singleton pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Carriers of infectious diseases such as AIDS, syphilis, and hepatitis B virus; 2. Patients with impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes mellitus before pregnancy; 3. Pregnant patients with hypertension and hyperthyroidism; 4. Pregnant patients with thalassemia and G6PD (Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) deficiency; 5. There is a family history of Down syndrome and other family genetic history; 6. History of severe organic diseases or tumors such as heart, lung, and brain; 7. History of autoimmune diseases; 8. Long-term exposure to radiation or toxic substances such as lead, mercury, benzene and organophosphorus pesticides in the working environment; 9. Those who have side effects from long-term use of hormonal drugs or those who have drug abuse; 10. Pregnant women who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
