Control group:Implementation common health education, including the distribution of chronic pain health education brochures and holding health education lectures on chronic pain related knowledge once
Intervention group:Implementation of a chronic pain self-management program for community-dwelling older adults, including self-management education for 6 weeks based on Wechat.

60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. Chronic non-cancer pain lasting more than 3 months, including chronic primary pain, chronic post-traumatic or postsurgical pain, chronic neuropathic pain, Chronic secondary headache or orofacial pain, Chronic secondary visceral pain and chronic musculoskeletal pain; 3. Numeric rating scale pain intensity score >= 1; 4. Smartphone with WeChat; 5. Can read and understand chinese; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of mental and cognitive disorders; 2. Presence of acute pain; 3. Planning to undergo surgery in the next 3 months; 4. Planning to move out of their living community in the next 3 months.
