Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Focal neck dystonia diagnosed by a neurologist with onset of at least 3 months; 3. No history of botulinum toxin injection in the past 3 months; 4. Stable vital signs, no serious cognitive, visual, hearing impairment, able to understand and execute instructions, complete biomechanical tests. 5. Voluntarily participate in the project, willing to cooperate with the relevant assessment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe bone and joint diseases, generalized dystonia, Parkinson's disease complicated with neck dystonia, and other serious neurological diseases; 2. Severe skin diseases or severe allergies to conductive gels; 3. Patients with severe dystonia who are unable to autonomously control neck activities to complete the experimental paradigm; 4. Patients with mental illness, severe cognitive, visual and hearing disabilities.
