Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. NRS 2002 score (within 24 hours of ICU admission) >= 3 points; 3. An anticipated duration of nutritional support in the ICU >= 5 days; 4. Consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent (within the past three months) parathyroidectomy, renal replacement therapy, or treatment for hyperphosphatemia; 2. Patients receiving palliative care; 3. Concurrent participation in other investigational studies.
