18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). Voluntary consent to participate in the study; 2). Aged between 18 and 75 years; 3). Diagnosed according to the Chinese clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; 4). No use of antibiotics within the past 3 months; 5). No use of immunosuppressive drugs, such as corticosteroids, within the past 3 months; 6). No use of vitamin supplements, prebiotics, probiotics, etc., within the past 2 weeks; 7). No vaccination within the past 3 months; 8). No use of lipid-lowering medications within the past month; 9). No use of corticosteroids within the past 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). Secondary Parkinson's syndrome, atypical Parkinson's syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, or other central nervous system diseases; 2). Use of antibiotics within the past 3 months; 3). Long-term oral diseases (excluding periodontal disease or dental caries) and a history of oral surgery; 4). Acute infectious diseases, such as respiratory infections; 5). Severe diabetes, heart disease, stroke, glaucoma, malignant tumors, infectious diseases, or psychiatric disorders; 6). A history of tumor surgery or medication treatment in the past 3 years; 7). Pregnancy; 8). The study subject has diarrhea, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, or other infectious diseases.
