Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects must be older than 2 years of age and must meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5-TR (2022 version), and the clinical manifestations include three manifestations of social impairment and any two manifestations of stereotyped repetitive behaviors, as follows: Social impairment: 1) impairment of social-emotional interaction; 2) physical motor behavior (non-verbal communication) social impairment; 3) Disorders in the development of social relationships (development, formation, understanding); Stereotyped repetitive behavior: 1) Repetition of stereotyped movements, object manipulations or verbal expressions; 2) Formation of repetitive and stereotyped verbal or non-verbal behaviors, and with the characteristics of daily and patterned; 3) Extremely limited, fixed hobbies or attention; 4) abnormal responses (extremely sensitive or opposite) to sensory inputs, including normal or abnormal (environmental); Specific diagnostic criteria are based on the criteria recommended by C.E. Rice [49].

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other unrelated systemic diseases include: peripheral nerve injury, myelitis, tethered spinal cord syndrome, seizures, fractures, etc.; All experimental participants will be evaluated 3 times, the basic information will be registered on the first day of enrollment, and then these participants will be evaluated by Evaluator A, and the evaluation content will be evaluated by each evaluation tool in order, and after completion, the evaluation content will be evaluated again by Evaluator B at an interval of one hour, and the order of the evaluation content will be reversed. After completing the first-day assessment task, participants will return the next day and be assessed by Assessor A, which is consistent with Assessor B on the first day.
