18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-80 years old; (2) Diagnosed with Primary Myelofibrosis (PMF) or Secondary Myelofibrosis (SMF) according to the WHO 2022 diagnostic criteria; (3) Stable vital signs, ECOG score <=2, and able to tolerate and cooperate with the 18F-FDG PET/CT and 18F-FAPI PET/MRI examination process; (4) The interval between PET examination and hematological parameter assessment is less than 4 weeks, and the interval with bone marrow histopathology examination is less than 3 months; (5) Have undergone 18F-FDG PET/CT and/or 18F-FAPI PET/MRI examination at our hospital within the past 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with other malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or chronic active infections within 1 year before diagnosis; (2) Presence of current infection within 1 week before PET examination; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (4) Received glucocorticoid treatment within 2 weeks before PET examination; (5) Used granulocyte colony-stimulating factors within 4 weeks before PET examination.
