Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. STEMI and NSTEMI patients diagnosed according to the ESC and Chinese guidelines ; 2. adult ( age >= 18 years ) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with myocardial hypertrophy caused by long-term hypertension ; 2. Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ; 3.Patients with severe valvular heart disease ; 4.Patients with pulmonary heart disease ; 5.Patients with congenital heart disease, such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, etc ; 6.Patients with tumor ; 7.Patients who refused to participate in this study.
