18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-55, Gender Unlimited, right-handed, 2. MINI International neuropsychiatric interview (Mini)7.0 Chinese version was used for screening, which met the criteria for the diagnosis of schizophrenia, 3. only one antipsychotic (except clozapine) was taken regularly in the past, and the patients had no response for at least 6 weeks, 4. SOFAS score =4, 5. above junior high school education or education >=9 years, and they could understand and cooperate with the examination and assessment, 6. informed consent was signed by the subjects and their guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. comorbidity of other mental disorders with severe heart, liver, kidney, and neurological disorder, 2. history of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence in the last 12 months, 3. treatment wECT ectTMS tms in the last 6 months, 4. pregnant or lactating women, 5. auditory and visual impairment with contraindicationsMRI MRI, 6. previous clozapine therapy.
