40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Han Chinese women aged 40-65 years; (2) Presenting with perimenopausal syndrome symptoms; (3) Retaining a complete uterus and adnexa; (4) Voluntary participation with clear consciousness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of contraindications for hormone replacement therapy (HRT); (2) Use of estrogen or other steroid medications within the last three months; (3) Pregnancy or breastfeeding; (4) History of brain injury or organic brain diseases; (5) Carotid artery stenosis or history of cerebrovascular accidents; (6) Severe cardiovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, or significant history of liver, kidney, lung, or other major diseases; (7) History of alcohol or caffeine dependency; (8) History of mental health disorder
