Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria; (Diagnostic criteria: 1)medical history: history of anterior shoulder pain;2)Symptoms: anterior shoulder pain, limited internal rotation and adduction of the shoulder joint; 3) Signs: a. positive coracoid impact test, b. positive modified Hawkins-Kennedy test, c. tenderness in the area near the coracoid process and small nodules; d. Limited mobility of the shoulder joint, e. reduced coracohumeral distance and widened coracohumeral ligament under ultrasound. ) (2) Age 18-70 years old, no history of relevant surgery; (3) No other treatment will be done during the whole treatment process and follow-up period; (4) Those who are willing to accept the treatment plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Received steroid injections or oral medication in the past 6 weeks; (2) Combined with frozen shoulder; (3) cervical radiculopathy; (4) Combined with shoulder instability (fear test, Sulcus test); (5) Previous neck, shoulder, chest fracture or surgery.
