18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female patients aged 18 to 70 years 2) Patients with complete cervical spine anterior-to-lateral radiography with complete imaging data from June 2014 to June 2024 at Huashan Hospital in Shanghai 3) Patients with a total number of >= 5 radiographs and at least once every 2 years 4) patients who can be contacted by telephone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) spinal trauma, deformity, infection, or tumor 2) Prior cervical surgery history 3) patient rejection
