18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18~75 years old; 2.Consistent with depressive disorder in ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 3.Primary school education level or above, able to read and understand the scale used in the study Appearance; 4.Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other mental disorders such as personality disorders and mental retardation disease diagnosis; 2.History of substance abuse or dependence in the 12 months prior to enrollment; 3.Combined with severe physical diseases history of illness and major trauma; 4.current or lifelong use of immunomodulatory drugs (e.g., glucocorticoids); 5.Electroconvulsive therapy within 1 month prior to enrollment.
