Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form; 2. Patients aged >=18 years with junior high school education and above; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 4. Patients who underwent short ankle arthroscopy (unilateral synovectomy of the foot and ankle, free body removal, articular adhesion release, articular osteochondral repair, simple fracture reduction and internal fixation, ankle joint cleaning or ligament repair and reconstruction, and other non-serious injuries or disease surgery);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI >=40kg/m^2; 2. Those with history of allergy to local anesthetics, contraindication to intrathecal anesthesia and nerve block anesthesia; 3. Those suffering from serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other vital organ diseases; 4. those suffering from serious infectious diseases, peripheral nerve diseases, immune system diseases and blood system diseases; 5. who have cognitive or mental dysfunction that prevents them from communicating verbally for pain scoring; 6. those who are pregnant 7. who have recently received treatment for chronic pain;
