Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~80 years old; (2) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) Class I-III; (3) BMI between 18-24kg/m^2; (4) Elective cardiothoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient refused to participate in the study; (2) Body mass index above 30; (3) Recent history of drug abuse; (4) Contraindications or allergies to esketamine; (5) Cognitive dysfunction or inability to communicate; (6) Inability to use patient-controlled analgesia pumps.
