Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The main referral indications of premature infants and critically ill neonates are clear. (1) Newborns born to mothers with severe pregnancy and complications during delivery. (2) unstable vital signs of perinatal asphyxia. (3) dyspnea requiring respiratory management. (4) Recurrent apnea. (5) Recurrent seizures. (6) shock caused by various reasons. (7) single or multiple organ failure. (8) gestational age <34 weeks or very extremely low birth weight infants. (9) severe acid-base, water-electrolyte balance and glucose metabolism disorders. (10) Severe arrhythmia. (11) Severe jaundice requiring exchange transfusion. (12) children with severe malformations. (13) patients with various causes requiring surgical treatment. (14) various other critical diseases. (15) The condition is not critical but requires medical care; The patients were transferred out of the hospital without the corresponding treatment capacity or treatment conditions.
