Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age>=18 years, male or female; 2. Non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by histological or cytological pathology; 3. Genetic testing confirms the presence of HER-2 variants, including gene mutations, gene amplification, and protein overexpression; 4. Previously received standard anti-tumor therapy in line with clinical practice and regularly returned to the hospital for reexamination; 5. Inclusion of patients with no or no central nervous system symptoms or signs is allowed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant tumors other than NSCLC; 2. Other malignant tumors or history of other malignant tumors within the past 5 years, except for basal cell carcinoma of the skin, carcinoma in situ of the cervix and carcinoma of the duct in situ of the breast that have been effectively controlled.
