Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18 or older and younger than 85; (2) Both men and women are eligible; (3) Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and treated with direct revascularization; (4) 2 weeks of standardized drug treatment; (5) 2 weeks after discharge + 1 week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) No revascularization therapy; (2) After heart transplant; (3) Intracardiac thrombosis; (4) NYHA class IV heart failure; (5) Severe arrhythmia; (6) Fever, infectious endocarditis; (7) Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, resting oxygen saturation below 92%; (8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (9) severe liver and kidney dysfunction or stage IV tumors; (10) patients with limb function disabilities or those who cannot complete the cardiopulmonary exercise test due to functional limitations.
