Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Incomplete spinal cord injury (ASIA graded C/D); 3. Functional Walking Ability Scale (FAC) >=2; 4. Presence of ankle motor dysfunction; 5. The course of the disease is not less than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture or other serious bone and joint diseases that affect walking ability, such as osteoporosis, joint contracture, etc.; 2. Modified Ashworth Scale > Grade 2 for lower extremity muscle tone as assessed; 3. Severe cognitive or speech impairment, unable to understand or complete the experimental content; 4. Presence of uncontrolled hypertension or orthostatic hypotension symptoms. 5. All subjects voluntarily participated in this study, read and signed the informed consent form, and the experimental protocol has been reviewed by the ethics of human trials.
