Swimming amateur sports test group:Firstly, the swimming test with increasing load is carried out
Then, the breaststroke exercise test with 77.5%HRpeak constant load for 1 hour or the bicycle test with 77.5%HRpeak constant load for 1 hour were randomly crossed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The subjects shared room and board; 2) Swim twice a week for at least 2 hours each time; 3) Meet the standard of physical activity level in the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ-L-C-usual week); 4) be able to complete and cooperate with the experimental arrangement on time according to the experimental time, scheme and requirements; 5)Age is 20-25 years old. 6) Sign the informed consent of the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are injuries recently, so it is not suitable for high-intensity exercise; 2) Use antibiotics within three months before the start of the study; 3) Systemic diseases that may affect immune response or restrict bacterial colonization; 4) Have dental care and orthodontic treatment; 5) Take probiotics, prebiotics, fermented products (yogurt or food), vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, dietary supplements, etc. that affect oral flora 72 hours before and during the experiment.
