Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a nurse practicing certificate; Nurses who have worked in rheumatology and immunology for 1 to 5 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rotating nurse, Trainee Nurse; Participants were unable to participate in the training due to illness or rotation during the course.
