Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Age >=20 years old ; 2American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I~II; 3Applicable to subarachnoid block; 4Week of pregnancy >=37 weeks, single fetus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Combined with hypertension during pregnancy, gestational diabetes, heart disease and other complications; 2Combined with serious peripheral vascular disease; 3 With anatomical abnormalities of the right femoral vein; 4 Combined with heart, lung, kidney, liver and other serious organic lesions; 5 Lumbar anesthesia abnormally wide block and incomplete block.
