Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with PJI according to the diagnostic criteria of the 2013 PJI International Consensus Meeting (ICM); 2. Cultivating pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity results; 3. PJI-related treatment (medication and surgery) has been performed in our department and the effect is certain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of joint or other site infection before the initial joint replacement surgery; 2. The incision infection did not involve the deep joint prosthesis; 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases or active infection at other sites.
