Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Children undergoing scheduled bronchoscopy under sedation; (2) ASA Level I-II, Age = 18 years old, male or female not limited; (3) No neurological or psychiatric disorders, no long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications for general anesthesia; Known or suspected allergies or contraindications to cyclosporine excipients or opioid drugs; Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other major diseases; Has a mental illness.
