Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)According to the consensus opinion on the diagnosis and treatment of IBD in 2018 edition, combined with clinical, laboratory examination, imaging examination, endoscopy and histopathology findings, the patients were diagnosed with IBD; (2) All IBD groups were diagnosed for the first time, and biochemical indicators were collected before treatment; (3)Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other digestive tract diseases; (2) Patients with other systemic diseases; (3)Especially after treatment induced IBD.
