Interventions

Experimental group:Coherent electrical stimulation combined with the Schorth exercise therapy group, two sinusoidal alternating currents with frequencies of 4000Hz and 4000±100Hz were intersected into
Control group:Schroth exercise therapy group, intervention for 12 weeks, 3 times a week.

10 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 10-16 years old; 2. Standing full-length spine X-ray examination 10°<=Cobb<=25°; 3. Skeletal development is not fully mature, Risser's sign grade 0-IV; 4. Normal basic cognitive function, no psychological disorders and skin diseases; 5. Do not receive other conservative treatment during the treatment period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-idiopathic scoliosis; 2.Comorbid rheumatic diseases, heart or cerebrovascular diseases; 3.Cobb angle > 25° or clear surgical indications; 4.Comorbid spinal skin lesions, bleeding, or bleeding tendencies; 5.Contraindications to exercise or associated with psychiatric issues.
