Remazolam group (R group):Remazolam besylate was used for induction and maintenance of anesthesia
Sevoflurane group (S Group):Anesthesia was induced and maintained by inhalation using sevoflurane

3 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete case data; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Grade I-II; 3. No symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection occurred 2 weeks before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway can be predicted, Mallampati grade III or above; 2. Congenital heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Allergic to narcotic drugs; 4. Family history of malignant hyperthermia; 5. History of myasthenia gravis.
