Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with CSVD by clinical history and cranial MRI examination, and the MRI imaging performance has at least one imaging feature of cerebral small vessel disease that meets the criteria of STRIVE-II; 2. Good penetration of bilateral temporal windows; 3. Willing to cooperate with the examination of TCD breath-holding test, recumbent position and functional TCD examination, can cooperate with the questionnaire survey, and sign a written informed consent form; 4. Comprehensive brain MRI sequences, including T1, T2, DWI, FLAIR and SWI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound, carotid color ultrasound, MRA or DSA confirmed the presence of moderate to severe stenosis or occlusion of the carotid artery or intracranial large artery; 2. Have taken drugs that affect the activity of autonomic nervous system before testing; 3. Patients with a history of other neurological diseases such as brain trauma, intracranial tumor, encephalitis, etc.; 4. Patients who cannot fully cooperate with the TCD examination in the supine position; 5. Patients with myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe anemia, atrial fibrillation, autonomic disorders, hyperthyroidism and other diseases that can affect the cerebral hemodynamic state; 6. Those with other serious diseases and the expected survival time is less than 1 year.
