Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent continuous renal replacement therapy with topical citrate anticoagulation in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from May 2021 to May 2023; (2) Age>=18 years; (3) Duration of CRRT treatment>=24h; (4) There is complete clinical case information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) tCa/iCa ratio was not measured; (2) alteration of anticoagulation strategy due to reasons other than citrate accumulation; (3) received other types of blood purification therapy, such as plasma exchange (PE) or dual filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP), during CRRT; (4) Have participated in another study.
