Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 60 years old; 2. For patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia, the operation time > 60 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 2. Patients with known difficult airway and severe asthma; 3. History of sedative and analgesic drug use (or positive pre-test drug screening); 4. Nervous system diseases and mental diseases; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Patients who refuse to participate in this experiment; 7. Cognitive dysfunction, severe auditory or visual impairment; 8. Other drug research is underway.
