Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Allen's test is negative; 2) The skin at the puncture site is intact and there is no breakage or redness; 3) There is no obvious arteriovenous fistula formation in the upper limbs; 4) invasive radial artery blood pressure monitoring is required; 5) Age 18 years old or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Abnormal coagulation function; 2) Emergency surgery; 3) Shock; 4) Infection of alternating pulses, water pulses, anodoxus pulses and puncture sites caused by other diseases; 5) Patients who have undergone arterial puncture within 1 month prior to the start of the trial; 6) There are obvious difficulties in communication or cooperation.
