Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Estimated ICU stay time greater than 48 hours; 3. CGM is initiated within 6 hours of enrollment; 4. Informed consent signed by the patient or his/her relatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Take paracetamol (acetaminophen) >4 g/d or take a high dose of vitamin C; 2. Significant hyperglycemia requiring intravenous insulin, such as diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic syndrome, diagnosed on admission; 3. Individuals with contraindications to the use of CGM (severe skin disease at the site of sensor placement, allergy to adhesive tape or adhesive); 4. Pregnant or lactating.
