60 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The ADL score (Barthel Index) is less than 100, and the age is over 65 years old; (2) The main caregiver takes care of the caregiver, and the main caregiver is in good mental state, clear consciousness, and can communicate with the investigator normally; (3) Collect data and obtain the consent of patients and primary caregivers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have difficulty communicating with their primary caregivers and cannot obtain information; (2) Patients with mental disorders or violent tendencies; (3) Patients hospitalized multiple times; (4) Pressure injury occurring in hospital; (5) The judgment of pressure injury is inconsistent; (6) Pressure injuries in nursing institution for the elderly and nursing homes.
