Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children in second grade, ages 8 and above, and their parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with contraindications to exercise or otherwise unsuitable for moderate to high intensity physical activity, such as asthma, heart disease, etc.; children enrolled in a professional sports training program.
