Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There are general clinical manifestations related to pancreatitis, such as middle and upper abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting; 2. Elevated serum lipase or serum amylase (>3 times the upper limit of normal) or urinary trypsinogen >50ng/mL; 3. Typical imaging findings of pancreatic necrosis indicated by abdominal B-ultrasound and abdominal CT or bacterial culture of necrotic tissue caused by fine needle aspiration or drainage were positive; 4. Duration of organ failure (Marshall score >=2) >48h;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years of age; 2. The hospital stay was less than 7 days; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. The survival time after diagnosis of ANP is less than 24 hours; 5. serious primary heart, liver, lung, kidney and blood diseases; 6. Patients with advanced cancer and cachexia;
