Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 2. Subjects undergoing painless gastroscopy under general anesthesia; 3. Gender is not limited, age range is 18-65 years old; 4. The images of echocardiography were clear, and the standard views of left ventricular long axis view, apical four-chamber view and five-chamber view were obtained; 5. The subject or their legal guardian signs an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject has severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease; 2. Preoperative TTE examination for patients with left ventricular systolic and diastolic dysfunction, moderate or severe valve stenosis or regurgitation; 3. The subject also has systemic diseases such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. The subject also has epilepsy or other neurocognitive dysfunction, mental illness; 5. Study drug allergies; 6. Refuse to participate in the experiment; 7. History of drug or alcohol abuse;
