Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)the ACL re-rupture or failure after primary ACL reconstruction; (2) recurrent knee instability; (3) no signs of osteoarthritis on imaging; (4) the follow-up time after ACL revision surgery was >=24 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) multiple ligament injuries of the knee joint; (2) fracture of the affected lower extremity; (3) the cartilage injury area of Outerbridge grade ? and above was more than 1 cm2; (4) non-first revision surgery; (5) tunnel enlargement or osteolysis in the primary reconstruction could not complete the one-stage revision; (6) preoperative significant dysfunction of the knee joint, that is, extension retardation >20° or flexion 10° on the coronal plane and >12° on the sagittal tibial slope.
