Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients or community residents in the Southern Medical Union Hospital of Chaoyang District, Beijing 2.Patients who signed informed consent, completed colonoscopy, fecal FIT test and NCPC score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal mental and behavioral conditions who cannot cooperate with the investigator, and whose information is incomplete 2. Those with serious diseases that make them unsuitable for colonoscopy; Those who have abnormal mental and behavioral conditions and cannot cooperate with the screening; Those who cannot provide accurate information and have incomplete clinical data
