Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective mixed hemorrhoidal surgery; 2. Age: 20~64 years old, BMI=24 points; 8. Subjects or family members voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Patients with infection or mass at the puncture site; 3. History of previous neuropsychiatric diseases, unable to complete the preoperative neuropsychiatric function test for any reason; 4. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction before surgery; 5. History of lumbar deformity and surgery; 6. Those with damage or inflammation of the auricle; 7. Those with severe bradycardia or conduction block in the heart; 8. Pregnant women with a history of recurrent miscarriage; 9. Those who participated in other experimental research projects before being selected for the study.
