18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged between 18 and 75 years (including 18 and 75 years); (2) Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; Stroke confirmed by CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); The course of disease is less than or equal to 1 year; (3) First onset or past onset without significant sequelae (pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale score (mRS) <=1); (4) Understand the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) orthopedic problems or muscle diseases that impair mobility; (2) Those who are unable to cooperate due to severe cognitive impairment; (3) Other neurological diseases.
