Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old, with imaging measurable lesions in both kidneys or unilateral kidneys, > 3cm, and the number < five; The team assessed that surgery would resect large RAMLs with maximum preservation of normal nephrons; 2. No clear contraindications to surgery, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients are unwilling to take oral drugs for a long time, or cannot tolerate the side effects of drugs, or cannot tolerate the side effects of drug treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age= 5; 4. The team assessed that it was difficult to resect large RAML with surgery, or that surgical resection could not preserve normal nephrons to the maximum, and the surgical benefit was limited; 5. Good drug treatment effect; 6. The patient has obvious contraindications to surgery, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and coagulation dysfunction.
