20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 20 to 40 years old; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for infertility and endometriosis or having undergone laparoscopic surgery with a trial of pregnancy for six months without success, with an EFI score of >=5; 3.Normal ovarian reserve function (AMH >=1.1 ng/mL); 4.Regular menstrual cycle (28 ±7 days); 5.Hysterosalpingography or laparoscopy indicating at least one patent fallopian tube; 6.Normal semen parameters for the male partner (total sperm volume >= 1.5 mL, sperm concentration >=15 × 10^6/mL, total sperm motility (PR + NP) >= 40%, progressively motile sperm rate >= 32%, normal morphology sperm rate >= 4%); 7.Voluntary participation with agreement to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with organic lesions of reproductive organs such as adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, and endometrial polyps; 2.Patients with infertility caused by male factors; 3.Those with endocrine disorders affecting pregnancy (such as polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid diseases, hyperprolactinemia, adrenal tumors, etc.); 4.Individuals with severe diseases of vital organs such as the heart, kidneys, and liver, as well as those with cognitive impairments or mental illnesses; 5.Individuals who have undergone drug treatment or supplementary therapy related to endometriosis within the last 8 weeks (including acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, proprietary Chinese medicine, and other complementary and alternative medical therapies).
