Age
65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 65-95 years, no gender; 2) ASA classification: Grade I-; 3) BMI18-28 kg/m^2; 4) preoperative diagnosis of hip fracture or femoral neck fracture; 5) independent behavior, conscious and able to complete the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindicated nasal administration (e. g., damaged or lesions); 2) patients with history of insulin and dexmedetomidine allergy; 3) history of cerebrovascular accident with sequelae; 4) patients with Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease; 5) patients with severe liver and kidney disease; 6) patients who refused the protocol or lost to follow-up.
