Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) pathologically confirmed advanced cholangiocarcinoma; (2) patients aged 18-80 years; (3) The TNM stage of the tumor was stage III-IV according to the 8th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer staging system. (4) unable to undergo radical resection and receiving at least 2 courses of immunotherapy; (5) Routine blood test, liver and kidney function tests were performed within two weeks before the first immunotherapy. (6) No serious complications of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; (7) complete clinical and laboratory data were available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated with other malignant tumors and important organ dysfunction; (2) presence of bleeding or acute or chronic infection; (3) patients with pulmonary embolism, acute myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular disease; (4) patients with active autoimmune disease or severe immunodeficiency.
